UMCPC AGM & Games Night: Nominate and Vote

Hello UMCPC members!! 👋🧑‍💻🐈 You are all welcome to attend our 🎊Annual General Meeting (AGM) + Games Night 🎮🎲 The time has come again to say goodbye to the old and welcome in the new. At the meeting, we will be reflecting on this year’s activities and achievements. This will also be a chance for you to nominate yourself or someone you know for the 2025/2026 UMCPC committee! Even if you’re not running for a position, please come along to vote and have your say in the club’s future. We need at least 20 student members to show up or the club will cease to exist… Please see the current and amended constitution, as well as the proposed amendments, on our Discord! Note: All nominees must be a UMCPC member, and all nominees for executive positions must be University of Melbourne students. 🙋Nominations To nominate yourself or others, please fill out the form in our bio. You may also make a nomination at the AGM All candidates will be required to give a speech to introduce themselves and their motivations to the AGM attendees. You will have 90 seconds to speak if running for one position and 150 seconds if running for multiple positions. 🗳️Voting You must be a UMCPC member to cast a vote for the new committee.
