WiSE Health Promotion: Semester Event Recap

What do puppies, yoga, and bánh xèo have in common? 👀 They were all part of our WiSE Health Promotion Program this semester! 💜 We kicked things off with @leadthewayaustralia, where mindful breathing wrapped up with therapy dog cuddles 🐶 (instant serotonin, honestly). Next, we rolled out our mats with @yogamigos 🧘 — stretching, grounding, and laughing our way through flows that left us feeling calm and connected. And to finish?
